Refund Policy

Due to the nature of electrical services, all call-out and booking fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, unless cancelled with 24+ hours’ notice.

• Prepaid work may be refunded if cancelled more than 24 hours before the appointment.
• If JHD Electrical is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued or the appointment rescheduled.
• Disputes or service concerns will be handled professionally and fairly.
