Terms & Conditions

By booking a service with JHD Electrical, you agree to the following terms:

• Call-Out Fees: A £60 + VAT call-out fee is payable in advance and covers up to 30 minutes on site.
• Booking Fees: Larger jobs may require a £60 + VAT or 10% booking fee, which is deducted from the final invoice.
• Payments: All invoices are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Payments accepted via bank transfer or card.
• Cancellations: Minimum 24 hours’ notice required to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments may forfeit the booking fee.
• Guarantees: All work is carried out to industry standards. Parts are covered by manufacturer warranty where applicable.
• Quotations: Quotes are valid for 7 days and subject to change based on site conditions or new findings.
